So, I hadn't been on a bike in 2 years. Why? I HATE bicycling. I don't know why, I've just never cared for it. Anyway, my family made me go on a 9 mile bike ride today...it was not fun, let me assure you. The good news is I don't have to go on it again until next year

Anyway, I was watching the Twilight Zone yesterday (SciFi Channel marathon FTW!) and there was one episode that got me thinking. See, there are these aliens who come to Earth to help us accomplish world peace (they end up eating humans in the end. It's a good episode) And I suddenly realized...World Peace is impossible!
Think about it: It's human nature to be violent. It's an animalistic instinct (even monkeys can go to war with each other!) Also, the idea of "peace" is different to every individual. Those who believe in a "superior race" have a different idea of peace than someone like me who believes that everyone is equal. Also, even if we were to create a perfect society in which everyone lived in harmony, people would rebel. It is also in our nature to rebel against social norms. And, of course, ones who do not rebel will dislikes the other, thus creating conflict again...

Whew! Sorry about that rant. I needed to get it out, I guess. Heheh...I should stop thinking so much XDD
